"From the valet, reception, checkin, manager, hostesses at restaurant and the room was top notch. This was THE BEST hotel I have stayed in ever and I have traveled alot of places. I had an ADA room and a lot of hotels say they are accessible but this hotel truly was. Just lower that bed a few inches and it could easily be the poster for ADA rooms. Clean, roomy, beautifully decorated from lobby, halls, and suite. The best part was the restaurant and the disability ramp where it felt like you were making a grand entrance to the restaurant and the food was PHENOMENAL and a great price. The hostesses and manger were awesome, but our sever, Skylar was a gem that gave us the best service while being thorough and attentive. I was nervous about this boutique hotel, but it far surpassed my expectations. This will be my place to stay whenever I am in Cincinnati and hope they expand with the same quality. 5 stars and thank you for making my stay enjoyable💕🔥😀"
