"We had a fabulous trip to Sugar Bay, staying for 8 nights. The weather was lovely with a breeze and some showers to help cool. The staff and service were fantastic, so friendly and attentive in every part of the hotel. I enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and especially using the swim up bar. The food choices were varied and always cooked and presented well. We loved the Sizzles restaurant that we visited twice during our stay. We both said we would happily return 😎"
"The Staff members were very pleasant & polite. The room was clean and modern. Only critique the bed was too hard for my lucking. The restaurant workers, housekeeping & front desk staff were all professional and accommodating. Great location on the Gap in the middle of all the action and a short walk to 2 different beaches. "Amazing beach. Easy to get deckchair and staff bring out unbrella for you. Restaurant nice though Pizza's could be better. Really nice atmosphere and doesn't feel crowded. Nice 5k run right along beach then along quiet road to Castaway's at end (great restaurant opposite). Would prefer complementary bottle of red/white instead of bubbly. Loved the cats, friendly birds and tree frogs."
"Lovely, safe family-owned hotel with friendly staff and everything we needed, including kitchenette, great water pressure and a/c, clean rooms, lovely beach with lots of trees offering shade if you desire. Bus stop across the street, along with some walkable restaurants and shops. We'll be back. "
