I can’t say enough about this hotel, excellent staff and excellent service one of the best breakfast buffets around and I have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok. Five star breakfast, fun and friendly staff every day one of the best hotels in Bangkok."
"Breakfast was always one of the high points of the day. Of course eggs to order, but also bacon, sausage and also asian breakfast options with noodles and various currys. The coffee is always great after breakfast as you watch the street from the ATRIUM's second floor vantage point. And finally, but never last is the staff at the ATRIUM. They are always there to bring your eggs or coffee or help with a spare fork or extra sweetener."
"We have stayed at several other hotels on Sukhumvit and this will now be our go to hotel!
The staff was excellent- so friendly and helpful! The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool was super clean. The gym is small, but has free weights and a cable machine. As well as three cardio machines. Breakfast was a good variety and good quality. Fresh egg and pancake station. The street the hotel is on has multiple options for good massages and is quieter than most areas. Super close to public transportation. Our room looked out at another apartment building unfortunately, but we kept our sheer curtains closed and still had sunlight. Maybe ask for a better view room.
We loved everything about Park Plaza and will return. "
