"The location was perfect. It allowed us to walk to our destinations. It is perfectly located for Old Sacramento and the Golden 1 Center. The strafff was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs and requests. The rooms were fine. The whole hotel could use a little update on rooms. On a whole the lobby was decorated nice and the ambience was perfect. The family enjoyed their stay. Thanks to the wonderful front desk, the bell hops, and manager who greeted us each day. "

"I love this hotel, it is within walking distance to sites. Ignasus at the front desk gave tips about places see in the area. He even made sure we had coffee ready for our very early departure. The bar staff Kellan, Omar, Cerci, made the happy hour so much fun. We chose to spend the evening at the hotel to watch the World Series. Dinner at this hotel was delicious. The breakfast buffets were amazing. The night manager snd security staff we visible and made the hotel safe to hang out on the lovely patio on the river. Our room was perfect with a view of the river. The entire staff was so welcoming. The management of that hotel does a great job; it is beautifully kept. Thank you for a great week."
