"Recently stayed for 4 nights with my family. Location is amazing in the heart of sultanhamet. Rooms were squeaky clean, and staff were always pleasant and courteous. A downside was I had a brick wall outside my window and the walls are not so soundproof, for me it wasnt much of an issue as we spent the whole day out and only came back to sleep and rest. The staff and their customer service really makes up for any shortfalls. A special Thank You to Burhan, amazing customer service skills I felt like I was in a 5* environment from check in to check out, he was extremely attentive and made us feel welcomed. "This was one of two hotels, and Divan was my favorite. The staff was extremely present and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, the furniture looked perfect with no scratches or tears. The entire place smelled great along with the towels and bedding. I highly recommend this hotel for the location too. The bathroom was perfect as well. "
