From arrival to departure this hotel exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful. The bedroom was very clean, comfortable, luxurious and spacious. Rooms were cleaned and replenished daily. Entrance, reception, hallways, lifts, spa, restaurant were all immaculate and well presented.
The restaurant had a beautiful view overlooking Istanbul and the Bosphorous. It was a joy to go up in the mornings and just relax and unwind, looking out over Istanbul. Breakfast was a buffet affair and was delicious with a large variety of food available. Everyday the food was fresh. We had dinner on our first night and again the food was delicious and portions were huge! The staff in the restaurant were impeccable and saw to our every need and request.
The spa has separate timings for men and women. If you wish you can book the spa as a couple in the evening for 250 euros and you get the entire spa to yourself for 2 hours from 10pm to 12am. The spa included a swimming pool, changing rooms, toilets, showers, massage room, relaxing room, hammam, steam room, sauna and a small gym. The steam room wasn't working during our visit which was unfortunate but did not detract from the experience. The swimming pool isn't huge but was more than adequate. The massage is an additional cost which we didn't use so can't comment, but I'm sure it would have been a great experience.
