The hotel is perfect - great location (close to restaurants, and we walked the Grand Bazaar). We loved the shower and bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff were excellent - I scheduled a transfer from the airport, and scheduled a ride to our cruise ship. Definitely we’ll stay next trip to Istanbul.

Loved my 2 night stay. I was upgraded to the Double Comfort room which was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was beautiful. Great location to the main sites and restaurant. Reception, housekeeping and the cook were all amazing. Air conditioning worked well and the room was clean

Perfect hotel to use as base for exploring the city as it is walkable to everything. Safe and vibrant neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, very quiet. My only notes of caution are that the AC is centrally controlled and trended to be too cold - I was able to open a window and turn it off at night but I don’t know if that’s an option in every room. Also the breakfast is fresh and tasty and sets you up well for a day’s walking but is quite basic, not the lavish affair in other Istanbul hotels.

I have extension of our stay on this trip, where we choose Emerald Mansion Hotel. I traveled with many big luggage's, I was so thankful for the helpfulness of the administration, the convenient services they offered and help. My one night was a great experience, clean room, so cozy and sophisticated, huge bathroom, well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful shoved on the sport when you need them.

This was such a lovely hotel! The staff was so kind and accommodating. They arranged a ride for me to and from the airport. My flight was early morning and they arranged transportation for me at 3am which I so appreciated as it felt safer than calling a taxi at that hour. The room and hotel in general was so clean. I would stay here again and highly recommend it

An excellent boutique hotel to stay in. Staff were amazing and so helpful and kind. Excellent location to see the Blue Mosque and stores and restaurants in the area. A great view and food at the restaurant belonging to the hotel just by the Mosque. Exceptionally clean and all the little extras in the room from fruit and water to toothbrushes in the bathroom made our stay so comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel, that we stayed another night before we flew back home.
