The property is super, very well laid out, fresh decoration makes you feel like it is bigger than it is. Super location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the shops. Bits of it are in need of maintenance but that is being done.
Other's have commented that entry was complicated, we found it simple enough - a code to get a key, and then another code to get through the door.
We did have a broken link in the information we were sent which mean we did not get the guide to the property (they did not re-send the guide despite me asking for it several times). Without the guide we found the TV complicated to use. (It is a great TV). The odd thing was that when we raised this, and a few other minor issues, like the bathroom door not shutting, we were told that we did not have problems (and advised to teach our 3 yr old bathroom etiquette!)
I travel for work and stay in multiple properties per year, it was such a strange customer service experience to be told that the issues we were having weren't being had. They even went so far as to send me an email once I was home to confirm that they had checked and that the problems we had encountered were not problems. But all their emails were very friendly, they were quick to reply and attentive.
But, as I say above, none of the issues were big in themselves, the odd way of dealing with them was more of a problem than them, and I would highly recommend the property as an affordable spot in central Brighton.
