I stopped at this hotel to get off of the road and get a shower and some sleep after a business trip that went longer than expected. I thought I couldn't go wrong with a Marriott. Ooops.
While Natalia was lovely when checking me in, as soon as I got up to my room it was clear that both TV's were broken. (I am not a person who can just immediately fall asleep). Natalia called someone to come address the TVs. It took nearly an hour (though I do think they called the guy who was offsite at the time). He came and "fixed" the television in the BR. It never seemed to work completely. Now everything -- my shower, etc. is pushed more than an hour behind (there were a couple of initial trips back and forth to concierge to see if it was just a battery issue). When I went to turn the TV off to go to sleep, it *would not turn off!*
After struggling awhile with it, I tried unplugging it, but the way they have them installed and mounted to the wall made that impossible.
Needless to say, I did not get any sleep and actually considered getting up around 3 am and just getting back on the road.
A TOTAL WASTE of money.
Very, very disappointed.
