I’m writing to express my frustration regarding my recent reservation experience.
My booking location was changed without any prior notice. Upon arriving at the original hotel, I found no front desk and no clear instructions. I spent over 30 minutes checking my junk mail but found no message regarding an access code or change of location.
To make matters worse, I called the hotel more than five times, but my mobile couldn’t connect due to roaming issues. When the call finally went through, I was simply informed that my reservation had been moved—without any apology or prior communication.
This lack of information and coordination caused significant inconvenience, and I hope this issue can be reviewed seriously to avoid such situations in the future.
