I had traveled a long way and was remarkably exhausted when I got in. The young lady at the front desk was warm and friendly, making sure if I was a Marriott Bonvoy member that I was going to get a few extra comforts for the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. That's all I needed.

this is a comfy and well maintained property over all! There is a smell near the elevator on the third floor that needs to be addressed. The suites are very comfortable with everything you could need for a long term stay.

Overall decent stay.

Stayed for 5 nights and while it was a nice place I wish the staff was as friendly to match. Only had two friendly staff members. And as for service it was different from what I’m used to. Had to ask the front desk when we were getting our service as we were gone all morning both days we were supposed to get service but we never received service til after 3pm and was never told when to expect service. Better communication would be helpful. Overall a great location.

The staff is wonderful. I was placed in a studio two queen size beds and then alcove with one other room. That room consisted of a family and their very young dog that they lift in a crate that barked for several hours straight until about 8:30 9 o'clock at night. Staff tried their best to get them to come back from dinner, but this family couldn't care less about anybody else staying there. Staff was able to finally get in touch with them after they arrived back to their room to let them know what the rules were, but it continued the following morning. It eventually stopped. The interior is in desperate need of an uplift. The toilet paper rod was broken, there was a hole on the inside of the bathroom door. There was sticky substance on the rug in the main area, and the furniture was quite worn. Also stains of some sort in the ice cube trays

We liked having a full kitchen. The front desk people were quite helpful. We used the laundry machines, free to use. We didn’t like the ridiculously heavy doors. They could be dangerous. Slammed closed quickly. The housekeeping was terrible. Stayed 5 days, bed never changed or made entire stay. She left towels, but not much more

Outdated and gross

We did not even stay in the room. We were in 309. As soon as you stepped off the elevator it smelled like wet rug. Our room door looked as if it was kicked in before and just painted over. The room was a 2 bedroom suite. The room had the same faint smell. Looked up the ceiling had caved in. Then patched it and didn’t even sand the patch. Onto the next issue you can see a bubble in the ceiling as well. The curtains have a yellow stain all over the bottom. The bathroom floor still has what looked to be gel on the floor. We decided to go to the concert and drive back in one night. Gross. Not what expected from a Marriot at all.
