Sono rimasto due giorni. Il secondo giorno rientro in hotel nel pomeriggio e non trovo acqua calda e WiFi. Mi assicurano che devo aspettare 10 minuti per l'acqua calda, ma dopo più di un ora, nulla. Avevo concordato la colazione in camera alle 07 ma ho dovuto chiamare alle 07,15 perché non si era presentato nessuno. Anche di mattina non ho avuto wifi.

Basic good hotel.
just a basic hotel, best feature is the hot water, it was truly hot and very strong pressure. Indian-Breakfast is included but the dishes were not really clean. The rooms are ok, sheets were stained but that seems to be normal in India. Overall a good stay.

Good hotel
The service was excellent. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the Jaisalmer Fort. The food in the restaurant was good although the options were limited. Also, the restaurant is on the rooftop and there is no elevator. It's a good hotel overall.

Honestly the hotel falls in the 2 star category and not 3 star as mentioned on your site but the hospitality by the management and their team is fantastic. Mr. Neeraj Mishra is wonderful person and takes utmost care of this guest. Location is great!
