For the price point with breakfast included this place is a good deal. If you are looking for an amenity heavy hotel this is not your place. Great bar and restaurant on property and 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great place, friendly staff, wonderful drinks & good food. Less than 2-3 min walk to the beach. Very peaceful & relaxing. Fun atmosphere in the back yard w/ bar & food. You can’t go wrong staying here! Marcos & Magda, the owners are delightful & very helpful. The room was very comfortable w/ a nice patio & separate living room.

Overall great experience! Close to really good restaurants and the beach. Clean apartment. It is unfortunate that the service was not very professional. The waitresses and manager were mean to us not very professional otherwise it was great.

Não gostei da experiência,chuveiro nâo funcionava bem, na reserva incluia cafe da manhã ,porém os passeios em Punta Cana a maioria começavam bem cedo e o café da manha só começava as 8h de 6 diárias só conseguimos tomar cafe 1 dia trocamos de hotel durante a estadia pedimos desconto sem.nenhuma flexibilidade na negociação principalmente por parte da gerente . As atendentes são simpáticas e atenciosas e a cama é confortável mas não foi uma boa experiência .

Friendly spot worth the money

We had a wonderful stay here! Love the back garden and restaurant, and the young ladies who checked us in, mixed us cocktails and cooked our food were hardworking and sweet. The friendly owners checked frequently to make sure things were good. Great location. Not fancy or high end, but absolutely worth the money to stay here. Note - resort next door has a dance party every night until 10-11 pm and it is loud.

My room was large and extremely clean. I had plenty of room and a patio area to enjoy. I was disappointed that there was no microwave, no way for me to heat leftovers or any food purchase. The room does have a mini-fridge. Great if a microwave isn't an issue for you. I enjoyed my stay but will probably be staying elsewhere next trip.

Very nice

The host couple has given us excellent service and helped with booking taxis and tours. better or more personal service would probably be hard to get anywhere else, live music on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday very nice atmosphere with food and drinks. For those who travel a little more spatically, we strongly recommend this accommodation.

Da das Hotel ein Restaurant / Bar inbegriffen hat, und der Biergarten direkt vor den Zimmern liegt ist einschlafen vor 2 Uhr morgens nicht möglich. Irgendwann gehen dann die viel zu lauten amerikanischen Gäste nach Hause. Um halb 7 morgens sitzt dann jedoch schon der deutsche Frühaufsteher im Bargarten und trinkt sein Morgenkaffee. Schlafen natürlich ab da auch nicht mehr möglich. Dies ist auch den nicht vorhandenen bzw. dünnen Fensterscheiben geschuldet. Das absolute Highlight kommt jedoch, wenn man früh morgens abreisen muss. Um ca. 07:30 Uhr ist bis auf den freundlichen Hotelhund niemand anzutreffen. Man fühlt sich wie ein Mauerflüchtling von 1987, da man aufgrund des verschlossene Tores, über die ca. 2m hohe Mauer samt Gepäck klettern muss, um vom Gelände zu gelangen. Daher nur für Nachteulen und Ostalgiker geeignet.

The hotel is a solid small local hotel. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The on site outdoor restaurant is very pleasant with good food. The owner-manager is on site, personable and always helpful. I would return without hesitation.

Tenía dos noches reservadas y solo utilice una pues no me gustó el hotel. Tenían música en vivo y me dijeron que era hasta las 10 pm y terminaron a las 10:40 pm. No tienen personal hasta las 8 am para el desayuno o servicios que uno requiera. La habitación que me dieron tenía aire acondicionado solo una parte. Las instalaciones están muy antiguas así como todo el mobiliario. Para lo que ofrecen es muy caro. No tiene relación precio con el servicio.
