My stay in Austin
First time staying here. The room was ok. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The blinds did close all the way. One of the pull back sticks for the curtains was broken and laying in the corner. The plate for the microwave didn't really fit the microwave. The floor had some trash from the previous tenants. Overall, it wasn't one of my best hotel stays.

Nightmare
At check in Cathy was not friendly I was like we were bothering her, she never made eye contact when I asked questions and she was brief. The first room had feces on the floor, the next room was very dirty the couch, carpet, bedskirt all had stains, the toilet was dirty, the lamp shades did not have proper hardware to keep the shades in place, light bulbs missing or burnt out. Room smelled bathroom door knob falling off. Area was not the safest. I only stayed because I purchased my own cleaning products otherwise I would have immediately left, the beds were uncomfortable and worst of all when i got home I had bites on me, checked and it was bed bugs. DO NOT waster your $$ staying here.

Bad Dog
I stayed two non consecutive nights, the AC on 13th was making noise all night long. I checked in pretty late so I informed the hotel when i woke up for breakfast. The second night the rooms filthy! Dogg hair everywhere, I informed the hotel but it was the only room they had on first floor. I was extremely upset about my experience and i would like some type of compensation. I have proof via video/pictures. The couch and carpet was full of dog hair. I am allergic to dogs!! I was sneezing all night not understanding why till I noticed the dog hair all over the room. I checked in early but i didnt go to the room till 12/1am, so i informed them again as soon as i woke up because it was the only available room on first i they could not change it and i was only a one nighter. Please compensate me, I spoke with Paula as my person of contact for 13th/15th
