Robaron un artículo de mi habitación!

Definitivamente el olor a humedad de las habitaciones es un punto , el que no allá como tal comida en forma , solo si te vas al hotel de alado es otro . Pero el echo de que se me perdiera un pañuelo de marca ( FENDI ) de mi habitación es lo peor !!! Afortunadamente lo demás estaba en la caja fuerte pero es horrible salir y que de tu habitación se pierdan las cosas , lamentable por las camareras .

Great Stay, will miss our time here

We really enjoyed our time here in our swim out room on the Hacienda side. Being able to jump in our own pool everyday, was the best way to beat the heat, and once the waiters realized we were out there they would pop through the bushes to bring us drinks, which was amazing. The afternoon thunderstorms were not a problem and actually beautiful to watch and listen too. The Talavera restaurant was our favorite, but we also tried La Catrina and Il Delice. La Catrina was second and Il Delice was just okay. We ate at the Hacienda buffet every morning and got great omelettes. The only con of coming in the summer was mosquitos. They were a minor problem, but my wife was smart and bought a mini bug zapper which worked quite well in the room, and then bug spray and bug bands. I don't think I got bit once. It is very hot and humid, and it is rainy, but coming in the off season worked out for us.

Muy bonita propiedad y relajante, tiene mucha área verde y aún así no se ven tantos bichos. La única inconformidad es que no todas las habitaciones con alberca cuentan con la iluminación que muestran en fotos.

I liked the area where the property was located , would not return due to cleanliness , sheets/bedding and pillows had a mildew smell no matter how many times I asked them to change the bedding. The restroom was not clean when we arrived at all and had hair all over the floor as well as dirt even after room service cleanings daily. Food was terrible and had to eat out of the resort.

Great value for the money. Pools and common areas are very pleasant and human-scale. The Mediterranean villa style is really charming and they pull it off well. Food offer can be improved, but it does the job. Staff is attentive, professional and accommodating. Our checkin concierge, Melanie, was the highlight of our checkin and overall stay. Kudos to Melanie.

Hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones, si tu intención es relajarte este no es el lugar, hay pocos restaurantes. El personal de limpieza hace mucho ruido desde temprano(6 am). Hay personas que dan muy buena atención al cliente, pero la mayoría son groseros y mal carientos cuando pides alguna indicación.
