Superb stay!
The stay was fabulous. Room was super clean and newly furnished. Kitchen in the room was well-equipped u could cook anything with it. No aircon but the Dyson fan was enough for cooling. TV with a small screen but still good i enjoyed Film4 every night! Would be better if the cloth hangers were not mounted to the wardrobe. Bed was comfy, me and my girl had good sleeps!
Bathroom was super clean too, though shared is the only negative thing. Stayed on 1f so i could access to 2 bathrooms not much a problem. Tissue quality was great.
The neighborhood was so good. Got Waitrose to buy anything u need. Greatest breakfast cafe in 3mins walk. A big mall beside. Got a bookstore too. Fried chicken, subway, udon, chinese res are very close.

Great stay!
Very clean and well-appointed rooms and facilities. Room had kitchen and washer/dryer. Yes, it has shared bathrooms. It’s not a big deal. Never had to wait for a bathroom, and they were always immaculately clean. The only negative about the property is that there’s no elevator, so if you’ve got a heavy suitcase, prepare for a workout. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Amazing location; food, activities, and transportation links are all around. I would definitely stay here again.

It really was smart and efficient. The room had a Bosch clothes washer drier, all one machine. Say whaaat? It worked well. The hotel sits on top of an Underground stop.

Loved that property is so accessible to tube station and shops restaurants and cinema.

Neat and cosy
An amazing experience overall. The room was neat and kept clean on a daily basis throughout our 4 day stay. There are plenty of features in the room including free WiFi, HD Freeview, a washing machine/dryer, an induction stove with pots and plates of you want to self cater and a safe for valuable items. The staff were helpful and there's always someone at the help desk 24/7. I'll definitely recommend Swiss Cottage and would come back again.

several stairs. i was with two heavy luggages and had to take carry it 3 flloors bacause it doesnt have lifts. and its several stairs. the recepcionist told me she wouldnt help because she had knee problems. the restroon to share is another probem and it is in the other floor. its very far away from city centre and you need to take train to get there. Extremly noose because its just beside train station.

I liked the proximity to the underground station. The amenities in the room and the washrooms were very nice and clean. The room itself was clean. My sheets seemed to be old and daily cleaning did not seem to switch the sheets out when it is noticably a little dirty. It was not terrible though.

As I wrote. Clean, amazing location, near the underground, near the airport bus, close to a supermarket , great mattress, equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, really lovely.
I was very disappointed to find out that I paid the normal fee despite the fact that you claimed that I have over 40% discount!!

객실에 커피포트, 세탁기, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 인덕션이 모두 이었어요. 레지던스 호텔분위기였어요. 화장실과 욕실이 공동이라고 해서 좀 걱정을 했는데, 공용이긴 해도 혼자 사용할 수 있는 구조여서 그리 불편하지 않았습니다. 욕실 사용하면 바로 청소를 하는 듯 늘 깨끗했습니다. 시내 호텔보다 훨씬 주변도 좋았습니다.
