My overall experience at the hotel was mostly positive, with a few areas that could be improved.
The service stood out right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to letting me check in early with no hassle. That flexibility was much appreciated and made the arrival smooth and stress-free.
Cleanliness was another strong point. The room, bathroom, and shared spaces were all clean and well-maintained. It felt like care was taken to keep everything neat and in order, which added to my comfort during the stay.
One issue, though, was the bedding. While the sheets were clean, they were surprisingly loud—every movement made a crinkling noise that reminded me of paper bags. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did make sleeping less comfortable than it could have been.
Breakfast was average. The biggest drawback was that the breakfast sandwiches, even under the heat lamps, were still cold in the center. Additionally, the breakfast area often ran out of items, and it took a while for things to be restocked. A bit more attention in this area would go a long way.
In summary, the hotel offered good service and cleanliness, with standout staff. A few small fixes—especially to the bedding and breakfast—could improve the overall experience. I’d consider staying here again, especially because of the great staff and easy check-in.
