The property is beautiful. Close to restaurants, travel agencies, pharmacy, stores. Walking distance to the docks and convenience stores. Service was outstanding, food was amazing, rooms were impecable and staff was so nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to return soon!

Ikala was the perfect hotel for my stay in Puerto Ayora. It’s two blocks from the pier, close to all the tour guide offices, close to all the restaurants and shopping. As a single female, I felt safe and well cared for. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. There’s a great restaurant with a view, pool and bar. The front desk spoke English which I was grateful for since I don’t speak Spanish. I will definitely stay here again as I plan to go back as soon as possible.

I will start with the amazing staff always there to help you, property is safe and in a great location. Rooms are comfortable but internet signal around of property is very little. Breakfast buffet is very tasty and delicious.

Um hotel exato, sem luxo, bem localizado.
Eu realmente fiquei impactada negativamente quando cheguei do Hotel Índigo em San Cristóvão para me hospedar nesse. Então digo que como primeira impressão não achei muito bom. Não tinha escolhido o quarto mais simples, vi nas fotos do Hotels e achei que seria a outra categoria que nos foi oferecido. O banheiro inundava todas as vezes que tomamos banho. As toalhas são muito velhas. A roupa de cama também. Mas a gente supera e no final achei tudo bom. Café da manhã não é lá grande coisa. Preferimos pedir o Box que parecia mais saboroso. Também não recebemos a cortesia de uma garrafa de vinho por estadia. Me senti um pouco enganada do que eu comprei e do que me foi oferecido. Mas enfim, a localização é muito boa. Melhor ficar nesse hotel que nos outros mais luxuosos mas que ficam no meio do nada. O atendimento é muito bom nesse hotel.

Very friendly staff and great location. We used the free bikes every day to go around the town. The breakfast has a great selection of options and the staff prepares the eggs just how you want it. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is in the ideal location about five minutes from the public pier where all of my boat tours departed from. I absolutely loved my large, very clean airy and modern room with a lovely view from the large windows. I wanted a top notch hotel and this definitely met my expectations. Checkin was very easy and friendly and they took my bags to my room for me. Service was excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; very fresh, clean area, with a beautiful view of the water. I would definitely stay here again.
