The reason to stay here is that the location is fantastic. The town of Kinsale is a beautiful place for a seaside vacation. The accommodation itself was a little run down and dirty but for the continence of being so close to the centre of town it was worth it. Not an accessible stay, lots of stairs for anyone who has mobility issues.

Truly contactless . Unexpected. Very lovely room. As I was coming from bus I was not expecting no taxis from the bus station. I was unfamiliar with the area so walked up to this hotel. Never saw an person and with some fumbling was able to gain entry to the small hotel Otherwise beautiful

We arrived in a rainstorm and so grateful that we were allowed an early check-in. The room was comfortable and clean and convenient to the bus stop and restaurants.

A very nice room, well appointed and very conveniently located to everything in Kinsale. The experience was very Airbnb; the only contact I had with another human being on the property was to ask a question of the nice woman who was cleaning the rooms.

Expensive and not a luxury experience
Water pipes vibrate loudly all the time. Only 1 mug. Very few supplies such as sugar. Bed sagging. Curtain broken. Signs everywhere. Warnings not use make up. Damp smell in hallway. Broken socket behind tv. No welcome pack.

Nice property but way over priced
The room is very large. But there is only 1 chair to sit on and loads of room for a small table and some chairs. The floors are very creeky and you can hear all the neighbouring rooms. This place has great potential in an amazing location, but needs a tidy up. Parking was ok but would be a nightmare in peak season. I learnt after staying that there is a kitchen onsite. It would have been nice to know this before hand. There is no common area to sit and read a book or mingle with other guests. The heaters were not on during the first night and it was freezing. You are basicslly staying in a hostel without any ability to socialise.

The amount of stairs to get to the front door made it difficult to get luggage up and down . The room was nice We had issues with WiFi password could not read the handwritten password on paper in hallway . Never got sorted out . But location was perfect o walk to restaurants and shops .

Clean, very nicely decorated, very spacious room and bathroom. Can only be reached by short walk up the stairs, but this was clearly mentioned in the posting. Our toilet did not flush. It was repaired the next day, but should have been taken care of before our arrival. I recommend this property

We had a spacious room with a great bathtub. We were able to find street parking easily and could walk wherever we wanted to go. There was a little confusion with the check in only because we did not get the email letting us know how to find the key and get in. There was a nice gentleman there cleaning and he helped us out. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend it to others. Kinsale is beautiful.
