I contacted the agency the day before I arrived to let them know I would be arriving late and to ask if that would be an issue. They said that would be fine as they were available 24/7. What they failed to mention is that I should come to their office, which is 3km from the apt. Nor did they provide an address for the office. So I took an uber to the apt only to be then told that I was at the wrong address. This was after 10pm at night - I was on my own and I don't speak Belarusian/Russian. I got another uber to the office (which, if you're familiar with this part of the world, is not always an easy task as a street no. can refer to a whole block with multiple entrances front and back so it takes time to locate exactly where you need to go.) When I arrived, the agent came out, handed me the key and a card with the apt no.& wifi details and basically said goodnight. Fortunately, the uber driver was a really decent guy and felt so bad for me that he drove me back to the apartment for free. Even he found it difficult to find it though and he had to ask a couple of people for directions. The whole experience would have been a much bigger nightmare only for him.
The apartment itself is a lot older, shabbier and mustier than it seems in the photos. And the wifi is also very poor.
I received no checkout instructions either so I texted to say I would leave the key on the table. They never even replied.
