Lack of information and slow response times
I see the potential, but this visit has not been a good experience due to lack of information, badly prepared appartment and slow response times when trying to contact the administration.
First we struggled to get in. It took 1,5 hours before they picked up the phone and let us in. Apparently they had sent an sms in the morning and asked what time we would arrive but since the initial information here at hotels.com said an email with instructions would arrive I only checked my emails and missed the sms (I was on the flight with phone in flightmood when it was sent). So partly my own misstake.
Secondly, in the evening when we prepared the sofabed we discovered we only had two pillows and three sets of towels to be shared by us four. I sent them an sms and 2 hours later, when we were already asleep we got a reply with information that more pillows could be found under the master bed.
This morning we woke up early since one of the blinds in the bedroom is broken and the morning sun is shining bright directly in our faces.
The free wifi we haven’t been able to use. We have asked for the password but has not got any reply.
We have no information about how to check out today.
But location is great (except for parking), the appartment nice and clean and you have all equipment you may need.
