It’s a big nice style building with a beautiful garden in the courtyard, close to the lake and surrounded by huge dunes. Bedding, towels, etc were clean. The staff is super friendly and cordial. Breakfast was great (fried eggs, sausage, cheese and meat, fresh fruit, breads and fresh juice).
Being located in such an old building this hotel definitely has problems- it’s pretty outdated, the toilet was clogged when we got there (once we reported the problem though the staff got to the room immediately to fix that) and there was barely any hot water for a morning shower. They provide only bath towels, no hand towels or a foot towel and the floor is very slippery for wet feet. The swimming pool (which was the main reason why we chose this place) was closed at the time of our arrival (around 7.30 pm) and didn’t get to open till 10.30am in the morning, and since we had to leave at 11 am there was no way for us to use it.
