Friendly helpful staff..even gave me kettle tea bags etc when I asked.. spotlessly clean and very quiet...but wear flat shoes as it really us uphill ..very steep.. climb to the hotel..byt the La Palma 's streets are mainly all uphill. But would highly decommend this hotel.

Loved how close it was to everything. Property and room were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. View from our room was amazing! Was a little noisy during our last 2 mornings. Business just below was having some drilling done that started about 8:30am.

Wonderful place
I had a very lovely stay. I needed a ned for the night and this place was perfect for it. The room was very clean, modern, and had all the appliances I needed. It is in the center of the city so it is close by to everything. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place for a night or few nights to rest their head.
