I tried to check in on the day at Ayowa Grand Hotel and the Hotel management refuse to let us check in saying they did not received money I paid on line! I have the proof from commercial bank that I paid 91.98 USD for the 2 rooms I booked but the hotel management refuse demanding I pay again and check in. Ayowa hotel management says that they have not registered with Hotels .com and they have similar cases before where hotel.com charging the customer but not paying the hotel. It looks both of them are cheating innocent customers!
