The rooms were clean. Front desk service was sparse. Even when standing in front of someone you had to clear your throat or interrupt their phone time to get their attention. Very loud at night in the halls. Large groups of people laughing and slamming doors. It wasn’t for just a few minutes it went on for hours. Hand sanitizers looked like you were going to catch a disease if you used them. Very dirty especially the one by the elevator. Lobby women’s bathroom had shaved hair on the counter, toilet paper all over the floor, and very dirty.

Filthy
Room was dirty. On the side of the bed closest to the wall was a few pieces of trash. in the back of the cubby hole that holds the towels we found someone’s used underwear. Couch was dirty and needs cleaned. Bathroom mirror had hair hanging off of it. Room smelled like weed.

Clean and comfortable
Super happy suite was same price as standard room at the time of our booking. Lobby smelled great. Very clean. Standard breakfast buffet but we weren’t a fan of the dried egg circles with lots of pepper. Lots of snow & ice in the parking lot. Looks like they do not have plow service. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfy
I ended up booking this hotel last minute. It was pretty clean. We found a towel wadded up far under the sink. It was not easily found , i dropped an earring and had to get on all 4's to find it. Other than that it was realy clean and comfortable. On friday night i was woken up by a family with kids at 2:30 in the morning. They were realy loud, the wals are not to sound proof. I travel with ear plugs so i used them. I could tell they were boys rough housing but it was too late for wrestling in a hotel room. I was on business so being woke up for a good 45 minutes did effect my day at work.

Disappointed as heck
The moment we check in the front desk clerk says she was about to cancel my reservation, although I arrived at 4 and checkin is at 3. Once we walk in spot how unclean the rooms were. Found food under the couch, sat on the bed, it tilts over uncomfortable the whole night. Really wish I got my money back.

DO NOT STAY HERE something weird is going on here
Me and my girlfriend stayed on the 3rd floor and we heard loud noises every day on the 4th floor and a weird loud bass that shook our wall and it continued even after we made a complaint. Someone above us would play loud music and stomp (apparently we aren’t the only ones who complained about this, weird right?)The person at the desk told us he would handle it and pretend to call but little did he know, me and my girlfriend were around the corner. The rooms didn’t have soap and they only give you one roll of toilet paper. Also me and my girlfriend went down there to buy snacks and get more supplies and the worker was asleep. The breakfast is the same thing every morning and the fruit isn’t fresh and the milk they use stinks. The snacks that they sell are over priced. $2 for a small pack of welches fruit snacks?? There is something shady going on with that place and it’s honestly scary. I ordered food from door dash and the driver took a picture of it at the front desk and when I went to go and retrieve it, it was gone. The worker told me that no one delivered anything so I showed them a picture that was sent to me and they acted confused. I would not recommend staying here. It may be cheap and look nice but like I said something unusual is going on at that place. Thieves also hangout here so be aware. We saw 2 cars with their windows smashed.
