Love the location
Location is perfect. Just in the border of the french quarter, has the peace n quiet in the evening, close to frenchman avenue for unending jazz music, safe and colorful marigny neighborhood. The hotel itself is dated, worth the stay, average service. We love to walk and it was wonderful to also checkout marigny neighborhood.

Comfortable & convenient apartment style hotel
More of an apartment than a hotel room, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room, and even a small kitchen. Courtyard setting was very welcoming. Extremely friendly staff. No food or bar available but you’re welcome to bring in if you wish. Just a few steps from the French Market and 1/2 mile from Jackson Square, but not bothered by any noise from Bourbon Street.

No workout space, false advertising. Just a closet with an elliptical. Parking is super difficult unless you rented a civic. The doors are really skinny, not to code.

Very disappointed ☹️
I was so excited 288.00 for one night wow ! The couch you were afraid to sit on it looked soooo filthy everything felt sticky absolutely no parking for the 5 minute check in I parked on the back of the building to find out about parking and my vehicle was booted 120.00 later oh and it’s 28.00 to park there just sayin. The front desk was nice and the highlight was the spa tub in the room still hoping I didn’t catch anything from using it.

Delila at the desk is the best! WONDERFUL STAY!
The stay was wonderful. Delila at the desk - AMAZING. HELPFUL! And those decorations were on point! (For Halloween). The bed in our rooms were not very comfortable - other than that, the room was spacious and comfortable for our small family. The hotel is quiet inside and no one disturbs you. I loved the fact that no one can enter the building or the parking garage without staying at the hotel as well, brought a feeling of safety close to the French quarter. It’s not fancy. The pool is small. But for us, neither of those things were important. It was clean and safe and homey and the staff was pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking and will definitely be bringing my family back to stay again!

This is actually a timeshare privately owned, and owners get top priority versus somebody who rented like we did. Could not get parking as it was not available and had to pay $120 so we checked out early so I didn’t have to pay that a second night. Property itself is average too good. It’s very historical, so you get the taste in New Orleans but I don’t think I’ll stay there again just because of the parking situation.
