Alekos Aprtment - Value for Money
I stayed there for two times in one journey because Athens was my base region during that journey. Positive - very clean with modern and stylish home décor, newly refurbished - tranquil surroundings with a supermarket and eateries nearby - very spacious flat with a balcony, dining area, living area, kitchen and bathroom - the whole building was refurbished into an apartment for lease, so various amenities were provided (e.g. snack vending machine, pre-ordered breakfast, paid airport pick-up service, moto and bicycle renting service) - the personnel (i.e. Hercules) was very helpful and reliable, providing me necessary and useful information about my accommodation before my arrival - I texted him, Hercules for some urgent matters and requested for last-minute reservation for additional days, he was paying his best effort to accommodate my requests Areas for Further Advancing the Service - within walking distance to the main train station but need to walk pass some less secured areas - would be more ideal if a washing machine is provided, but they do provide the laundry service on request I have no reservation in recommending this apartment to you.

Nice, clean, comfortable
A comfortable place to stay, in a safe neighborhood. Although it is not located in city center, it is only minutes to get there on the metro. Faisal was very helpful, responding promptly and providing tips and recommendations for us. We had a very pleasant experience in Athens!

Fasial was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. The properties were very nice and easy to access. However, the area around was a litttle sketch. There isn’t proper lighting in the streets. Also takes about 7-9 minutes to walk to the train and another 10 minutes on the train to get to the tourist area. For me the price and property were worth this, but if you have early early mornings or late late nights it’s something to consider.

Great place to stay
Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice and safe residential neighborhood with a beautiful city park very close. And try Elona's restaurant!! Faisal, the manager was an awesome host, and all the staff were just wonderfully hospitable.

Our stay at Alekos Apartments was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we booked, the property manager provided exemplary service, maintaining regular contact both before and throughout our stay. This personal touch ensured that everything ran smoothly and made us feel incredibly welcome. Faisal went above and beyond by assisting with our travel arrangements, making our transition to and from our cruise seamless and stress-free. The apartments themselves are impeccably equipped, providing every amenity you could need. We stayed for three nights before our cruise and returned for another night after, and each visit was just as delightful as the other. For a worry-free, comfortable, and well-supported stay, Alekos Apartments is a top choice. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

I would recommend
It's in a residential area. Market, laundry, restaurants and metro are walkable. Property manager checked in daily with us to make sure everything is OK. AC worked great. Elevator had no issues. It seems to be 1 apt per floor. It has 6 floors.

The area is in the middle of downtown I didn't expected that. Faisal is great he gave us all the information the check in was a breeze. We ask for recommendation on where to go or where to eat and he gave us all the informationĺ we needed. I will go back to Athens and will book again thanks.
