在網路平台已完成訂房、繳費，雖出示「確認號碼」，民宿業者卻說未接到訂單，折騰半小時後，才勉強進住。另，發現房間沒有電視遙控器，找櫃台服務人員卻不在，最後依告示電話連絡相關人員，先後撥了3次電話，費時近半小時，才姍姍派員送達，服務品質實在有待加強。

大環境、員工一般！但房間安排很不ok，我訂2間房未安排在左右或附近竟然是被安排在一個在樓前一個在最後一間（中間隔十幾間房）！又沒有電話可以互相連絡！建議大家要訂2間以上的房就換別家旅店吧！

住在溫泉大厦裡面,可以直接下樓泡湯還有spa,一樓也有提供洗衣機跟烘衣機（需要各50元）對於已經從綠島玩四天的我非常方便洗衣繼續後面行程,溫泉非常的好,還有很特別的烘箱,只可惜開放時間為15:30~21:30

價格的確很便宜，但是住宿位置是在一間歇業大樓(由幾間民宿分租)，一樓入口沒有櫃台，只有依不同分租的民宿人員帶領，電梯稍微搖晃、大樓在施工偏吵、燈光昏暗、房間設備較老舊(包含椅子有點塌陷、房間內有蟑螂、床與枕頭都有點過軟塌)，如果不介意設備老舊只想泡個溫泉並追求價低者可考慮
