Great customer service. Only thing is that the room was on the first floor, I agreed to it, but the window curtain was see through and people could see inside and I could see the outside lights. Also, they need to vacuum around the bed as it seemed there were "green things" around the bed, could've been women's nails. Didn't want to find out what it was.

A Horrible 1 night Stay
This is a Horrible hotel! The room 318 that they gave us was damaged by a recent storm. The window shade was broken & the parking lot lights glared into the room. The plaster around the window was crumbling & wet. The front desk Receptionist Donna R. didn't answer the phone numbers +1 346-571-6689 or 6670 when I called. We arrived at 12:15am and demanded a new room when we smelled the mold and decay coming from the room. We didn't get a new room until 1:15am because we had to wait for Donna to show up. She abandoned the front desk. We didn't get to sleep in new room 325 until 2:15 am. And we had a morning flight to catch at 10am. And their shuttle couldn't take us at 8am so we had to wait for the 9am shuttle, even though we put our name on the shuttle list at 1:30am the previous day.

no hot water service
upon check in the hotel had no hot water. We were allowed to check in without being informed. We had rented two rooms. both had no hot water service. we discovered this condition when trying to take showers. Hotel did not offer any correction. hot water service never did return prior to checking out the next day. Management should have informed us of their problem at check in and given us the opportunity to book with a different hotel.
