Buyer beware!
DO NOT! DO NOT STAY! The pictures are lies. The property looks like a crack motel. The pool was taped off like a crime scene. We got in our room and there was a dead roach to greet us. The toilet from the room above has the water running. We left after 10 minutes! Hotels.com should not have this place listed. I returned the room key and was told a refund would be issued, waiting for water in the desert is my expectations.

Smoked Room
The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but the entire room smelled like heavy cigarettes. I could not stay the night because I developed a headache from the smell.

Roaches!?
Mold on the ceiling, Roaches crawling out of the drain in the bathtub, & cookies for breakfast. I stay at a lot of places, and this was an overall awful experience. Front desk ladies were the only bright spot.

Not worth one star
The tv didnt work, there was blood spots on the bathroom wall, yhe ealls were so paper thin we could here the ppl next to us n upstairs talk. Needles in the parkin lot n when we tokd them 2 hours later someone picked them up. The tub was clogged, the door wouldn't lock jus pushed open from outside.

Reviews that list this hotel as excellent are fake. Night staff was very good, but room was VERY poor. 1 single paper cup to drink from. Not even a clothes rod to hang towels on??. Bad rust stains in bathroom, shower caulking falling out. Red Spilled paint drops all over floor. Walls need paint badly. Linen was dirty.....the free "Breakfast"...a cruel joke.....orange juice, 50 cent breakfast bar, or a dismal apple or banana.

Neglected disappointment
Tv remote broken in several places,and taped back together, went to check-in remote was replaced with working remote, then found tv had no signal after 2 hours waiting on maintenance, I found the cable was not connected to tv. We found leftover food in microwave molded with bugs. Hotel does have hot water, but the room we were in had several holes in walls and floors that need attention. Didn’t seem like cleaning was a priority at this property

Wouldn't recommend to any one. Room was a no smoking 🚭 and it stunk of cigarettes and drapes were nicotine stained and spelled. Started haveing respiratory problems during the night and had to use rescue inhaler. This morning pulled chair out to set on and wall was conered in black mold. Found mold throughout the room. Toliet didn't work to flush.Went down for continental breakfast and all they had was juice and coffee.

It has hot water.
Loud, stained bedding, bugs, things left in mini fridge from previous customers, “continental breakfast” was breakfast bars and apples. Spend the extra and go somewhere else.
