The room was very clean and in great condition. Check in was smooth. The breakfast was standard for many hotel chains but was very well done. Location is good, just off 128 in Waltham but very quiet. Our only disappointment was our need to cancel one night. We tried to request a refund from hotel.com (or Hampton Inn) but each said the other was responsible. Obviously, we were and still are confused. We will be more informed on these practices before booking next time.
