Not Great Anymore
We have been coming to that hotel for about 20yrs now. I went to check in and had forgot to book a room and asked if they matched the Hotels price- they did not unless we use the app. Which is fine so I did that and Bernadette seemed off put by that and started to get flippant and rude, so then she said it would be an hour before it comes in- I have done this before and it never has before- so we went to dinner. Upon returning she proceeded to continue being pretty rude about the booking so we left and went to the Howard Johnson’s in town- it was the same rate, better hotel, and free breakfast!!

Budgetel, great room when you’re on a budget!
I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and had a bad experience so I quit going there. I decided to revisit Budgetel and I’m glad I did. Great service, prompt and attentive. The room had a comfortable mattress and the pillows were cozy good. The room was clean and I was overall very impressed with how much they have turned around. For a budget hotel-Budgetel’s a good one!

One of the worst stays I have ever had. The heat did not work. The TV did not work. The headboard looked like it had been used for many years, without being repaired. The room smelled of mold. And there, and there was a big water stain on the ceiling, under where the heat is supposed to come out of. And when I brought all this stuff to the attention of the front desk and asked if I could be moved to another room, in a hostile voice. "I'll send maintenance" and that was all that was said. The only thing that was fixed out of all of that was, the TV was made to wear. It worked so I had 2 very cold, very smelly nights.

They have roaches ,dirty smells like cigarettes all rooms are smoke allowed and they allow drugs and everything when I call front desk to said my room has no ac/heater they said all are the same and we are smoke friendly

Room was full of roaches we were switched to another room fridge was broken smelled of mildew very upset about even booking this reservation we now have roaches in our luggage 5 so far! We have video will submit pictures once I charge my camera

Do not stay at Budgetel in Yuma!
Coach roaches were in my first room. They moved me to another room where I didn’t see roaches but the bed was ancient and squeaked with any little move. Ladies in the front were very rude. I would NEVER go back there and I would advise anyone to stay away from that place.
