Our refrigerator didn’t work - and then started draining water into the floor. Called the front desk and someone showed up immediately and swapped it out. Fantastic customer service from the front desk Not the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on but the price was great.

Down with the daily parking fee

Food option was better this trip. Transport or the new hidden parking fee was garbage. I pay for a room, but also have to pay to park now. If I would have known this before hand I would have gone somewhere else. PARKING FEE IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! I have been coming to this hotel for several years and NEVER had to pay for parking fee. Very poor management move here...

Run down and filthy. Pictures lie!

The property advertises as a hotel, but it's a motel. It is within the top 5 of gross places I've stayed. From the lobby furniture to the room conditions, it.filthy, run down, and uncared for.

Bathrooms need attention

Check in is at 4…I was there by 1. I asked for a first floor room. I don’t believe everyone was checked in by 1. She told me all 1st floor rooms sold out. I was there 3 hours ahead. I wasn’t asking for an early check in. Just a first floor room. The check in was unreal. Took forever to check people in. Then we had to pay a $10 car park fee per nite. We should know that using the app. Not happy with customer service.

Not the best in town

The room was stuffy and smelled moldy. The bathroom needed an upgrade. Nothing like the pictures advertised. The AC filter needed changing. I spent two nights there and only because the other hotels were booked in the area. Good thing I only slept there at night and spent my time during the day somewhere else. The doors were old and rusty. For $154 per night I expected a little better not insects running around on the floor.

Once great, now disappointing.

First, very disappointed the room was advertised as having a food and beverage credit and I didn’t receive one. Upon arriving at the hotel I was told “we don’t do that anymore, that restaurant has been closed forever” I was not offered anything else as compensation. I feel it’s very misleading to charge for something you know you don’t have. Ive stayed at here many times in the past a s I have to say its gone downhill. The bathtub had jets in it and looked like it hasn’t been scrubbed in forever. There was mold growing in the jets. And around the edge of the grout. Our key stopped working and we were locked out because the battery on the door died. We were told by maintenance it happens a lot. Housekeeping tried to come in our room while we still in bed. Thank goodness the top lock was on because she opened the door and tried to push it open. Overall a very disappointing stay for a place I use to love going to. The location is perfect to the beach. Also- be aware they are currently doing restoration work on the beach and most of it is closed. The water is murky because of the heavy equipment right now the beach digging up all the sand.

Needs updating

Seemed like staff was unknowledgeable and didn’t relate issues with others. The TV didn’t work. There was no bath soap. Tub had a large stain. Was disappointed.
