Alright if you don’t mind were you’re sleeping
Stayed for a night to see a gig. Wasn’t able to book in at the time we were told we could, but a room was available. Booked as a couple staying and the room only had one mug and one glass for morning coffee. Radiators must not be working as we had a tiny electric heater in our room. The room was large with a working tv. Bath room was useable but a little shabby. It is close to the beach and shops so very accessible to everything but we won’t be staying there again.

Not the best but I should’ve known for the price. The room was freezing and very different than the photos. The check in process also was hell but the lad that called me was really nice. That’s the only good thing

Avoid this Place it's Grotty
The room was in a poor state and smelled of marijuana, the TV did not work, the mattress was very soft and the springs could be felt through it, I opened the patio style door to get some fresh air but the small courtyard was full of feral pigeons and stank of them so closed the door. I asked for a change of room but was not offered one. In the end I packed my bag and booked into the Travelodge.

the VERY loud smoke alarm randomly went of at 9 in the morning and took 20 minutes to be turned off was not a nice way to be woken up and get given a banging headache, cheers x

Check in easy - though too many contacts. Nice room, but very small. All amenities, but considering quiet hours 11pm-7am did not happen. Room above very noisy - arrived late and loud at 4.30am. Bed definitely not memory foam (as advertised) - not comfortable - creaking and old.

No fire evacuation plan,no staff available
Fire alarm went off at 2am, luckily a false alarm,but I was in the basement floor and I have no idea if there was any other way out besides the stairs I came down,mainly due to the lack of signage. Not 1 person staying there knew where to gather due to no signs informing guests of an assembly point.and staff refused to come out for the alarm so firefighters were called just to turn off an alarm which took them an hour due to having no key available in the hotel. Once turned off the alarm still beeped till 10am meaning no sleep all night and the hotel point blank refuse any kind of refund. So if you value your safety and money then just don’t stay here.
