Great Place for Family Stay
This hotel is a gem in the central part of Utah where the camping world dominates. We traveled there in off season so the restaurant was reduced to take out with a limited menu so that was disappointing.

Convenient location
Convenient hotel and comfortable. No elevator so you have to carry bags upstairs. Room had clock that didn’t work so the staff did replace. Was missing hand soap so got that at front desk. Didn’t see any evidence of recycling

Great place to stay in Escalante!
Very nice, updated, and spacious rooms. Great hot breakfast included. The on site restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Stayed there in November which was the off season. Property is clean and nice. Beds and linens were super comfy. Staff members were very welcoming especially Mel. Overall, a good stay. The restaurant was not very good though.

Nice, simple, clean
Nice, clean, simple hotel in the very small town of Escalante. Nice place to stay between Capitol Reef and Zion. There really isn't much of a "mountain view" and our room ended up looking directly at a street light in the parking lot. Would highly recommend grabbing a burger at Nemo's for the ultimate in eat-in comfort food.

Nice hotel in a relatively low populated area. Close to Bryce Canyon National Park. And they offer dinner with wine or beer. Great since there is not a lot of options near by. Food was very good!

The lodge was amazing- all staff were friendly and super helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were superb- our compliments to the outstanding chef. Finally, the views from our room were beautiful, and the lodge is very close to state and national parks.
