The apartments are located in a town called Kamari. We found out that it’s a great place to be in Santorini: it doesn’t have as much tourist pressure as Fira or Oia, it’s more calm and walking distance to the sea, and it’s cheap and easy to go to Fira/Oia from there. There is a bus every 20 minutes which costs 1,80€, or you can rent a quad or motorbike, which cost around 30-40€/day. Kamari is a great town by the sea, with lots of bars and restaurants, fair prices and a long and beautiful beach. Fira and Oia are beautiful, but they don’t have beach and they are full of tourists.
The apartment itself is very new and carefully decorated, it is equipped with the usual apartment items (kitchen with oven, satellite TV, A/C...) and it is very clean. It’s great if you plan to be in Santorini for a few days and want the freedom to cook and eat in the room. It also has a cute little terrace to have breakfast with sea views.
