立地と朝食は最高です！
立地はダッチホスピスの直ぐそばなので観光するには最高です。ウェルカムドリンクはココナッツジュースでした。シャワーはお湯がほとんどでません。この地方では仕方がないそうです。朝食はスリランカスタイルでフルーツの盛り合わせとロティやカレーが出できました。美味しかったです！

Great place to stay in Galle Fort
This hotel was an amazing little gem hidden away in the narrow streets of Galle Fort. After you enter through a long passageway you emerge into a tropical courtyard that is brightly decorated. The rooms were comfortable and we were literally steps away from all that Galle Fort has to offer. Breakfast was great (western and Sri Lankan) and served in the courtyard. Its a great place from which to see Galle Fort.

Perfekte Lage mitten im Fort
Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßt und unsere Namen standen sogar auf einer kleinen Tafel als Begrüßung. Das Hotel hat einen netten Innenhof, wo man morgends frühstückt und abends ein paar Drinks zu sich nehmen kann. Gesellschaft hat man dabei leider von zahlreichen Mücken, die sich leider auch trotz Schleier ums Bett ordentlich an unseren Beinen ausgetobt haben. Das Zimmer ist angenehm klimatisiert und ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig und funtionstüchtig. Uns hat am besten die Lage des Hotels mitten im Fort gefallen. Die kleinen Gassen rundherum laden zum Schlendern ein und ein paar Meter die Straße runter ist auch die berühmte Crepe-Ology (Absolut Empfehlenswert!).

Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Galle
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Organisation unserer Weiterreise nach Mirissa wurde perfekt und preislich adäquat gemanaged. Es ist toll, dass man bis 12 Uhr mittags am Abreisetag das Zimmer benutzen darf. Ind es gibt Kaffee aus einer iralienischen Kaffeemaschine!!!

Cute place with potential
We only stayed one night in Villa AmiLisa and we were greeted with our name on a welcoming board and we’re served a fresh fruit drink in the lovely courtyard. Location to the local sites is perfectly within walking distance and many restaurants are nearby. The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast the next morning but we found the room to be not very user friendly. The bed and air conditioning were great but there was only two electrical outlets to plug chargers into and one of those we had to unplug a light to use. Another was located behind the bed and not able to get to. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t even hold their own hairdryer so I had to use the one we designed with our extension cord for my hairdryer & curling iron which btw was not near a mirror. Also, there was no place to put your toiletrie bag in the bathroom. I put a trash can next to the sink and set my bag on it otherwise it was on the floor. Please add shelving and hooks to hang clothes otherwise your clothes will be wet from the shower.

Charmante petite Guesthouse en plein Fort de Galle
Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner chez AmiLisa. La guesthouse est très bien située, on peut visiter tout à pied. Le petit dej était vraiment très bon.

Great Budget Option with excellent location/staff
Excellent service start to finish. Small unassuming property but very nice rooms, courtyard and staff. The rooms could do with a few more basic amenities to take this property to the next level. Excellent location, highly recommend as a budget option in the center of Galle Fort area.

Basic room fab location.
Fab location. Hotel was under going some renovations during our stay but staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean a little dated but suited our needs. Bathroom was basic and could do with some renovation. But can't complain for the price.

Comfortable place with a garden in the old city.
Welcomed by the chilly drink in the garden. Room was very clean taken good care. Quiet and comfortable. Kind staff. conveniently located in the old city, shopping area. Very good experience of staying in the old town.

Tranquil oasis in a very hot Fort.
Villa Amlisa is an awesome guest house in the heart of the tourist area in Galle Fort. An easy walk from the bus or train station. Breakfast were simply outstanding. Wifi was temperamental but then so is the rest of Sri Lanka. Only snag was rooms can only be prepared when the laundry has been done, if there is a power failure your room won't be ready at check in time ( strictly 14:00 ) Great hospitality and exceptional value for money.
