Our room was not clean
Low water pressure in the shower
We tried to hang up some clothes and the hooks fell out of the wall
For the price, the rooms need to be updated

Quedarnos aquí luego de pasar casi tres semanas en malos hoteles por el trabajo de mi esposo fue realmente una maravilla! Es un hotel bonito, camas cómodas, limpio, el desayuno estuvo bien. El personal amable.

Underwhelming to say the least
We are two rooms booked check-in was at 3 PM. They didn’t have our first room ready until six and our second room wasn’t ready until after 6:30. I booked a room with two beds and asked if I had switched to a king size bed and was even OK with getting a downgrade so that I wouldn’t have to wait almost 45 minutes for my room to be ready and they were unwilling to accommodate the request. The pillows were extremely lumpy and comfortable and the comforters on the two beds in both of our rooms did not match each other the couch in my suite was extremely dirty and there was no coffee table. Just a big awkward open space. This is a very disappointing Marriott property who does not value or appreciate their customers.
