Great stay at Casa Maria Hotel Boutique & Gallery
This hotel was renovated during the pandemic and is full of Mexican charm with its decor. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. There are many little perks at this hotel such as the continental breakfast, beach bag with beach towels, an umbrella (even if it rarely rains in Puerto Vallarta). The location is close to the beach and numerous great restaurants in the Romantic Zone.

The property was beautifully maintained, tidy, and quite scenic. The staff were both friendly and professional. However, it's important to note that the location may not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs, as it is situated on a steep street with numerous steps. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to friends.

La experiencia en general fue buena. Nuestro vuelo llegó muy temprano y nos permitieron hacer early check in y hacer uso de las instalaciones. El personal MUY amable y atento en todo momento. Lo que no me gustó fue el piso del patio al rededor de la alberca. Es piso cerámico totalmente inadecuado al salir mojado de la alberca y en nuestro caso nos tocó lluvia y pues el peligro es constante. De hecho tuvimos un par de incidentes de caídas que afortunadamente no pasaron a mayores. El desayuno incluido es continental, básico.
