It took me quite some time to find this brand new and big Hotel. There was no help at all to bring my luggage in the room. Worse: the restaurant was closed and a restaurant in the neighbourhood was at 3 km: noisy, and low quality service from "farang-haters".
Friendliness could definitely be better but qua infrastructure: it has it all! And as usual with so many Hotels in Thailand: English is a big problem! Even at the reception!!!
