I had a very disappointing experience at the Evening Delight. When I checked in, I was told it would be available from 5 PM to 10 PM, so I planned to visit at 7:30 PM. However, I was informed there was a waiting list and that by the time I got in, there would be no champagne left. This was frustrating but I decided to wait, and I finally entered at 8 PM—only to find that all the snacks were already cleared out.
Still, I tried to enjoy my time, but starting from 8:10 PM, staff began loudly moving wine boxes and carts at the counter making it impossible to relax. The atmosphere felt rushed and unwelcoming as if they wanted guests to leave as soon as possible. I ended up leaving at 8:30 PM feeling completely disappointed.
If the service practically ends by 8 PM, guests should be informed at check-in. There’s no point in advertising it as available until 10 PM if food and drinks run out early and the staff starts cleaning up loudly.
