Historic inn in Savannah's historic district
This historic property is two blocks west of Forsyth Park in the Victorian neighborhood (historic district south). The street is quiet, and the room and private bath were large and comfortable. Peter is a wonderful host and lives on the property with his wife and two children. He is available whenever you might need him.

Nice stay. Electronics could be better.
It was an upstairs suite and walking up those steps with luggage was something! Room had everything necessary and was very clean. Wi-Fi was poor with the signal dropping every once in a while. Did have a smart TV but only a few over-the-air channels.

Perfect Historic downtown location for a great way
It’s the perfect location in the historic area of Savannah. We stayed here for the women’s marathon. It was easily accessible to walk downtown, we rented bikes from Savannah on wheels, making our city touring even more fun. The place was quiet and clean, the kitchen was a nice surprise with coffee and waters left for us. Pete, the owner was just a text away if we needed anything.

Pete met us at check in and gave us lay of the land. It’s far enough away to sleep well and close enough to walk to the action! If you love history, it’s a sensory experience to stay on a historic property like this while visiting.

Finding this gem was worth the trip. Peter was a fabulous host and very prepared for our visit. He had a list of recommendations that were thoughtfully prepared for his guests. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, very comfortable stay and would recommend staying here.

The property was very quiet and perfect for visiting our daughter. Peter was very accommodating and kept in contact before and during our stay. Checkin and out was easy. Owner was very nice, and flexible about check-out time and check-in process. Overall a very pleasant experience, and a well maintained beautiful property. We would consider returning again based on our experience. Very quiet other than the neighbor's dogs that were let out early in the morning sometimes.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement (Henry Suite) mit geräumiger Küche (haben wir nicht benutzt), Garten und einem privaten, kostenlosen Parkplatz. Forsyth Park ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Flusspromenade erreicht man in ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Kein Frühstück, es besteht aber eine Kooperation mit einem Café in der Nähe, wo man Rabatt bekommt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, kein Zimmerservice. Der Eigentümer war per WhatsApp erreichbar. Self Check In mit Code und Schloss. Für Savannah gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vor allem der kostenlose Parkplatz war in Savannah eine große Hilfe.
