I do appreciate the effort of the front desk manager in cheering us up and doing us service recovery sincerely . We had an unpleasant experience during check in . I would suggest the check in staff to be more sensitive in treating guests from different ethnic groups. The location is great and the breakfast is ok. Safety boxes are located at the lobby level and there is written reminders to warn guests to take own risk. I would say we had a nice stay except for the not so nice check in experience.

Booked a double room and was given a single bed, I asked to move but they could only move me for the second night. They said I would be refunded the difference but when I came back the day after they told me that that was not true. The same happened to another guest while I was waiting however they were unable to move his room. I also requested a VAT invoice however this was not sent over and I am currently on hold for 20 minutes trying to get this resent.
