Great stay

Stayed for the weekend with our children age 4&5, clean bright and plenty of space with everything to self cater close to the tube kilburn park. Only suggestion would be some hooks for hanging coats, same for towels in the bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom! Otherwise brilliant place to stay

Wonderful, spacious, great location!

Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter.

We liked it a lot

Very comfortable but small bedroom but it also had a nice kitchen w a washing machine and dryer as well as some space to stretch out. Ottoman and the folks at the front desk were v nice. There is a v good pâtisserie V close by on belsize

Great home from home apartment for a family break

Family trip to London with 3 adults and 2 kids. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom layout with a sofa bed was perfect for our needs and all the modern amenities made it a great home from home for the weekend. It was a little further out than we usually stayed but Kilburn Park area is easily accessible on underground and overground.

Amazing stay at the amazing studio apartment. Staff was nice and helped when needed. Check in was at 3 so we stored our bags and they were in the room when we returned. Room was clean and had everything we needed and even had a seperate bedroom.

The apartment was even better and bigger than we expected. Spotlessly clean, good daily housekeeping and well stocked with everything you need, a true home from home experience. Very handy for all transport links, a selection of places to eat and a lovely little pub - The priory, which was friendly and cosy. I’ll definitely be back

Tho this place was amazing to stay at. The staff weren’t welcoming or friendly. I asked could we check in early I was told it would be 100£ extra I told them no. I asked for late check out I was told the same 100£ fee which isn’t realistic to anyone check out time was 11am. I also asked could I get phone call when the apartment would be ready which I didn’t get & 1 of the showers didn’t work. Tho that was fine as there was another shower in the bathroom. It was amazing apartment. It’s such it a shame the staff weren’t helpful.

We stayed for 16 nights due to a hospital stay for my husband. Extremely convenient, comfortable & cosy. Received a complimentary upgrade which was very welcome. What made our experience extra special was that Ottoman and his staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Ottoman himself is a massive asset to the business, we hope he is appreciated.

Good but overpriced

Really nice looking hotel, pictures do make the rooms and place look a lot bigger though. Disappointed that you could never get hot water in the shower though, was always cold. Polite staff though and was nice and easy to get into centre of London. A little overpriced though.

Great place but needs some work.

Everything was good. Except my door lock didn’t work and it took a few days to fix. Also there isn’t regular daily maid services. The carpet in the upstairs room was a bit dirty. And the bathroom upstairs had a strange configuration so it was tough to use the toilet. The water pressure was weak as well. But overall good place.
