La vdd es de los hoteles que más me han decepcionado. No volvería. Son discriminatorios con los Mexicanos, prefieren 1 dólar de propina que 200 pesos mexicanos. La mayoría del personal es mal educado y los alimentos son pocos, no variados y no tienen buen sabor. No es un buen todo incluido

No entiendo como tiene tan buenas calificaciones. 1. Si eres mexicano no te hospedes aquí, los empleados solo hablan inglés, prefieren 1 Dólar de propina que 200 pesos Max. 2. De los 15 restaurantes que anuncian solo pueden usarse 3, la comida es de muy mediana calidad. 3. No tienen una Alberca grande decente. 4. El acceso a la playa todo el tiempo está cerrado, es privada pero no se puede meter uno y obvio llena de Sargazo.

Very nice infrastructure and food. What I didn’t like was the fact that they made us work when we requested the transportation to the hotel from the airport, asking us the send extra emails instead of doing it themselves. And they charged us more at the end of our stay instead of what was agreed upon because the exchange rates had changed?

Loved my stay here. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Adriana’s yoga classes were amazing!! Highly recommend. They are worth getting up early for! Setting was beautiful with plenty of loungers and Bali beds to go around. Most relaxing vacation and best for couples looking for quiet getaway. Lots of delicious food options especially love the Mexican restaurant - the octopus is not to be missed. Transportation to and from was well run. Our driver Willie was so friendly.

The property was beautiful, the food was amazing. The staff was amazing other than the bartenders on palms side. They were miserable, rude on multiple occasions, at night at main bar often ignored woman wanting a drink this was not just me many of people were saying this too. It was disappointing. I got told no shots every night only tequila because they didn’t want to put in the work of making them as they were too busy. Ignored woman for long periods of time as we ordered more complicated drinks and they were too busy. But the rest of the staff was amazing. But I paid a lot of money for an all exclusive so not happy about that. Other resorts that I stayed at the bartenders were so fun and friendly and nice and happy to make us drinks

It was our first time in Mexico and our stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms was perfect! We were surprised first by an incredible upgrade to a premium suite since the trip was for celebrating my partner's birthday. But the pleasant surprises did not end there - everyone was incredibly friendly and kind; the beach was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained; the food was great quality especially for an all-inclusive resort; they did not cheap out on drinks at all, no watery cocktails made with cheap liqueur; there were all kinds of cool wildlife we saw on the grounds (watch out for the super cute coatis that climb up coconut trees, iguanas, frigate birds, pelicans and grackles); entertainments were appropriately fun and chill (beach volleyball, foam party and mexican night!); the room itself was also well maintained and furnished; the more inclusive package was also amazing, with our excursion to Aktun Chen making the holiday extra memorable. Special shout outs to Angel, Axel, Cinthia, Fernando, Gabriella, Isai, Luisa and Lucio for giving us an unforgettable experience. Everyone here goes above and beyond. You are all phenomenal, and your hard work and kindness do not go unnoticed. One potential downside is that it is a drive away from Cancun airport (close to 1.5-2hrs ride with the shared transportation making stops) but in my opinion, it's well worth the extra time and distance.
