No room upon arrival at 12:45pm, and the reception told us to wait for 40 mins so we went out to have a quick lunch. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to get into the room.
Also butler services didn't help at all. No replies/ very slow replies from wechat, and eventually we had to go downstairs to pick up our own food delivery. We waited for 40 minutes for the butler to reply.
The butler service is really great! Staff are friendly and helpful.

방상태도 좋고 깨끗하고 버틀러 서비스로 지내는동안 편하게 지냈습니다. 시설도 좋고 조식도 훌륭합니다.
시내 관광목적이 아니라면 위치도 밀리지 않는 곳에 있어서 좋습니다.

Staffs Need Training
Elegant and new hotel. However, most of the staffs were either very cold or very awkward in the way they attend their services. They appear in need of training to work in a classy hotel such as St Regis.
