The hotel is old and smell like humidity we had to change room but in the night is not easy to sleep if you have allergies. In the bathroom is flyes because the humidity and I saw a roach also. The people is nice but the hotel is not a good hotel also the vreakfast even they try their best is terrible the second day I went to look for my own breakfast. I got very disappointed because hotels.com recommend this hotel as very good or good and the reality is terrible how can I trust after being a client for so long.

It was very noisy. We only stayed one night for a competition. We was on the first floor people were banging on the doors, slamming the doors very loud in the hallways.

Bad experience
The front desk staff was friendly, however there were teenagers running all through the hallways, screaming, slamming doors, knocking on other people’s doors. We were on the first floor and I’m sure the front desk could hear them with how loud they were. After hour of it, I called up front and they finally put a stop to it, this was almost 10 pm. They advertise breakfast, but the last apparently called off so the only thing offered was grab and go. They couldn’t figure out how to get the juice machine turned on either.

Best of Class
We travel a lot, esp driving, and stay at lots of comparable properties as the Quality Inn and this one was fantastic! The front desk for checkin was friendly and cheerful, the room was spacious and well maintained and the breakfast was hot with plenty of options. I have to say every employee we encountered was pleasant and friendly. Well worth the money.

Room Service improvement required
Room cleaning service was not provided until a reminder during the 4 day stay for 3 of our friends families. A note was put on 2nd day and 3rd day saying that room service can not be provided for that day in each of our rooms. However, when checked with front desk, they say that they are not aware of such notes which is not a valid answer. Upon couple of reminders, service was provided on the 4th day. Also, the security code for the backside building was broken and scary to know that anyone can enter the building. When complained about it the front desk says no one noticed/complained about it (strange answer. How come the room service attendants did not notice) and the issue was not addressed as of the checkout time. Hope it gets addressed. On the positive side of the stay, the cafeteria service. Cleanliness, quantity of food availability and service were very good.

Not sure if I stay here again
I booked a room last minute for some rest after a long trip. The property’s first building looked vacant, which made it feel rundown. The hotel is older, but Angel at the front desk was amazing – his customer service was great. My husband has a disability, and we were placed on the second floor, only to find out there were no elevators. It wasn’t ideal, but we managed. I wish they had mentioned the $100 hold upfront – it can take up to 10 days to be refunded. When we entered the room, the bleach smell was overwhelming. We had to leave and run the AC for five hours until it cleared. I’m asthmatic, so it was hard to breathe. Later, the toilet wouldn’t flush. Angel sent David to fix it, and it seemed fine by 10 PM. But at 1 AM, it stopped working again. With no plunger available, they offered a room switch at 3 AM, which wasn’t realistic. We had to go downstairs to use the restroom for the rest of the night. Despite the issues, the breakfast was great with plenty of options.

When room wasn’t serviced after 2nd night, front desk provided clean towels and said to tell mgmt in morning Learned next morning that rooms are serviced only upon request. That information should be shared upon check in! We found beds to be quite hard. Large empty space in room had us thinking there was either sofa or table/chairs at one point TV choices are only Basic. Remote doesn’t allow input of channels - only up and down buttons.
