The place was very DIRTY, from public place to the rooms. The room did not have any daily cleaning or at all on our 3 night stay. It was very run down. Very disappointed The staff was friendly and bed was comfortable.

Avoid unless necessary

Would only stay here if you have no other choice. Most of the outlets in the cottage room didn't work. Room is extremely small, no tables to put stuff on, or closets to hang clothes. We had to use the super small sink and toilet seat to put some of our items on when sleeping at night. You can tell that the place is old as everything just looks and feels like it's been there since they opened with brush marks covering peeling paint. We had two separate rooms and they both matched everything I stated so I don't believe this is a one off. The sheets and pillows were dirty with stains in both the rooms. I will say the only plus was that it has a mini fridge and microwave, but I think that's the only highlight of this place.

Great little spot

Service from the front desk was awesome. The beds were comfortable and clean. The refrigerator was awesome TV and cable worked well and shower was nice and hot. The floor in the bathroom against the wall was dirty and I walked barefoot inside and my feet were dirty by the end of the night. Other than that, it was fantastic and I’d stay there again.

had high hopes for Hermosa Hotel based on the location and photos, but my experience fell short. The cottage I stayed in was very old and outdated. The bed didn’t have a proper frame, which made it feel unstable and uncomfortable. The bathroom looked nothing like the photos online — it was worn down, the shower was tiny and the flooring of the shower felt very slippery. clearly the bathroom is in need of renovation. One of the most concerning issues was the bag storage area. It’s not secure — any guest has access to the room where luggage is kept, which made me very uncomfortable leaving my belongings there. The floors in the cottage constantly felt damp, as if there was condensation or moisture buildup. It made walking around unpleasant and gave the space a musty feel. While the location is great, the condition of the property and lack of basic security really took away from the experience. I wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Photos of room were not the same as in person. Room was very dirty, baseboards and tile grout need to be deep cleaned. Mirror had finger prints, shower had hair from previous guests and shampoo dispenser broken. Blue tables outside had dried pigeon poop, never cleaned during stay. Buildup of ice in fridge. white paint over blue needs more coats looks sloppy and fast work you can still see what use to be blue. Old microwave was very hard to open. Front desk staff were running on their own time no sense of time for guests waiting at front desk. Kevin the maintenance manager was the only nice attentive staff member.

Hotel was nice. My only problem was i didnt get the room i ordered and got Room #3. This is a VERY small room on the main floor in between the ice machine and the room they store the luggage. VERY VERY noisey. The room itself was just a bit bigger than the bed, Small bedroom and a bathroom. Being this small the moister from the shower pretty much soaked everything.. This hotel is close to everything and maybe other rooms were better, not sure. $200 a night should have giving me the room i paied for. SEnt mail to them but never answered.
