La habitación era muy linda. Las instalaciones amplias, más que solo una habitación, muy completa. La vista desde el balcón, si bien era pequeño, se sentía personal y acogedora. El personal fue muy amable, desde los días previos, hasta su atención al llegar. La ubicación en Sorrento es muy buena, puedes acceder caminando algunos minutos a muchos restaurantes, cafés, lugares relevantes para sightseeing y compras personales o de souvenirs. Si llegan desde el puerto, es conveniente tomar el elevador. En general muy buen lugar, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia aquí.

The property was amazing. Very accessible and easy to find. The views are fantastic from the property, able to see the sea and cliffs perfectly. The sunrises from the unit are amazing. The owner is awesome, she’s very communicative and flexible when we had issues getting to sorrento due to a train strike. She waited for us and gave us refreshments and was very nice about letting us store luggage for a bit after check-out. Really awesome stay, wish we could have stayed longer and definitely would be back!!

excellent place for exploring Sorrento
We strongly recommend this place for a perfect Sorrento holiday. We often stays in hotels but having your own apartment in the city center and close to everything is a more comfortable experience and with the help of a very attentive host. There are so many good restaurants and bars just outside the doorstep to explore and then return home to a seaview which gives you a feeling of living in Sorrento instead of being a hotel guest. Reasonable price for location, comfort and facilities. We had so many good experiences from Limoncello Spritz to go from the bar across the little square to Michelin experiences just around the corner. This place has everything you could wish for

The most striking element of this property - specifically, the Lavender Room - was the view across Naples Bay to Vesuvius. Magnificent! This well maintained location is close to everything: one minute walk to the spectacular views of the Villa Comunale, three minutes to Piazza Tasso and seven minutes walk to the Marina Piccola ferry terminal. An excellent price for such convenience!

It was in a central area, but you couldn’t be dropped off at property, instead you had to walk with your bags a few blocks. Pack light if you’re staying at this property.

Host was extremely friendly and responsive to questions and messages. She updated us regularly prior to check-in and helped us tremendously during the stay. Great views and great room! Close to everything in Sorrento from dining options to shopping area. No complaints at all!

The best accommodations of our 14 days in Italia! This is a gem of a place. Quaint - clean - updated w all amenities - cutest little kitche.mn w all the bells and whistles. Parking was off property. But not too inconvenient. I will be back for sure!!

Property was clean, however the suite was very uncomfortable. The bathroom and kitchen was on the first floor and the bedroom upstairs with no windows . Towels are not changed daily, the suite is cleaned every 2 days . Kitchen did not have all the cutlery. Staff were not very friendly. I would not stay there again .

We stayed 5 nights in Sorrento at Al Centro Suites! Plenty of room for myself & Daughter! Convenience of having a lift. The suite was very clean & had all we needed. Adriana was contactable at any time and always responded instantly. It’s located in the heart of Sorrento,walkable to many restaurants & shopping. And public transport is a few minutes walk away. The train station is about a 8 minute walk. No laundry located in the building,but there is one only about a 10 minute walk close by. Thank you for having us Adriana & leaving the lovely pastries for us as well. Would defiantly be back again. Olivia & Celeste from Australia 🇦🇺

The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We invited my daughter in before going out to dine and i immediately received a message saying no guests allowed. I did not know. Not sure about the water provided by the owners as both my husband and i developed intestinal issues. May have been elsewhere but not sure. Dont want to place all the blame here..probably a good idea to drink bottled water only.

This is a beautiful property. The Lavanda room is amazing, with two balconies and great space. An absolute pleasure to stay at Al Centro which is very conveniently located in Sorrento. Pretty much everywhere is walkable from Al Centro. Big thanks to Adriana!

No centro da cidade, mas não voltaríamos
O hotel fica no coração de Sorrento, próximo à praça central, o que é muito positivo por ter restaurantes e transporte próximos. Pontos de atenção: - O quarto possui escadas, sendo que o quarto fica em cima e a entrada e o banheiro ficam embaixo (sim, é necessário subir/ descer escadas cada vez que quiser ir ao banheiro ou beber água). A cortina blackout deixa um espaço aberto na janela, o que faz que a claridade entre logo cedo (isso nos fez acordar às 6h da manhã). E à noite há barulho por causa dos bares próximos. - É informado que todos os quartos possuem vista e sacada, mas a sacada é bastante desconfortável. A divisão entre as sacadas dos quartos é feita por vasos de plantas e a nossa sacada era tão pequena que havia pequenos bancos (em vez de cadeiras) e não era possível que 2 pessoas se sentassem ao mesmo tempo. - O acesso ao prédio e ao quarto são feitos por códigos numéricos que aparentemente são refeitos a cada estadia (o que deveria ser um ponto positivo), porém a porta do prédio estava aberta em todas as ocasiões em que entramos/ saímos. - O horário de checkin é muito restrito e eles são inflexíveis em relação ao horário de saída (e não ficam com as malas).
