Bedding and Staff not the same
I have been stayed in candeo for 3+ times over past 2 years, everything was nice including location, bedding, shower head pressure plus the staff services. It is not the same this time.
The beds are out of shape already that i need to put extra pillow to support my back while sleeping. The staff didn't clean up all trash one day, when i explicitly try to separate out all plastics and canned for them - quite disappointed.
I used to fetch luggages from hotel to airport in advanced to avoid carrying too many to take narita express train. The staff missed filling out important info like flight number that I need to pick up calls from them to complete sharing enough information for yamamoto services to fetch it. I believe the staff who is helping is new, and his attitude is lack of warmth and not trying to assist me at all when i was asking where to pick up from the airport etc.
I am hesitated to stay there again after this round of experience. I thought i would be a regular since my 1st time visit as i found the location kick ass and lots of nice eatery around including a lovely oyster place that i will go everytime.
